My shipments always arrive warm, but my latest shipment arrived very warm - including a very warm single solitary tiny "ice" pack! I suspect the package spent a few days boiling in a Florida warehouse before delivery. Upon opening the jar, the texture on the probiotic is excessively clumpy and grainy. How hard is it to pack these probiotics correctly?? Just spend another 30 cents on proper cold packs. I have flagged this to the company previously, but they're not concerned. So I just canceled my subscription.
